Services
Pristine Pools Inc. offers a number of services to allow the customer the ability to enjoy their pool the way it was meant to be enjoyed.  At Pristine Pools Inc. our number one goal is customer satisfaction.  Please feel free to contact us with any service related questions.

Swimming Pool Openings

  1. Water is pumped off the top of pool cover.
  2. Leaves and debris are removed off the cover and bagged for garbage pick up.
  3. The winter cover and water tubes are removed.
  4. Pool winter cover and water bags are lightly washed and rinsed off (complete cleaning and power washing of cover is available.)
  5. Pool cover and water tubes are folded and stored at customer’s residence (offsite storage also available.)
  6. The pool deck is hosed and blown off to help prepare the pool for the busy pool season ahead.
  7. All deck equipment including ladders, handrails, diving boards, light fixtures, and automatic cleaning devices are reinstalled in the swimming pool.
  8. All filtration and skimmer baskets are installed back in their proper place.
  9. All water flow directional inlets are reinstalled into the pool.
  10. Operational filtration equipment that may have been disconnected at winterization is reinstalled. 
  11. All drain plugs that had been removed at winterization are secured back into place for the new season’s operation.
  12. A complete inspection is done of the pump, motor, filter, heater, automatic chemical feeder, automatic pool cleaner, automated controller systems, tile, coping stones and the pool deck.
  13. The system is primed, tested and left running off the main drain (an additional service charge will be required to return to site to balance the water, vacuum or to start the system off the skimmer.)
  14. A garden hose can be left filling in the pool at the customer’s request. (Customers that plan on having water trucked in should plan to have their pool opened at least one to two days prior to water delivery.)
  15. A detailed opening checklist is left behind onsite for the customer. (Detailed checklist shows work preformed and also list possible concerns or repairs needed or suggested.)

Pool Opening Return Visit (if requested, additional service fees apply)

  • Pristine Pools Inc. will return to the customer’s site to do the following if needed or requested: (water level will need to be midway between the skimmers before we return to site.)
  • Perform season opening cleaning and vacuuming. (Includes vacuuming, skimming, brushing of the walls, cleaning of tiles, blowing of deck area, emptying filtration and skimmer baskets.)
  • Clean cartridge filter element or add and recharge filter media (diatomaceous earth)
  • Balance water (10 point water analysis, cost of chemicals if needed is additional)
  • A detailed opening checklist is left behind onsite for the customer. (Detailed checklist shows work preformed, list any chemicals added, and any that may still need to be added.  It also lists possible concerns or repairs needed or suggested)

Pristine Pools Inc. is fully capable of handling all of your swimming pool service or installation needs.  We will work closely with the customer to help provide repair work or installation service at a great quality and value. Pristine Pools is a plumbing expert. When it comes to plumbing go no further! Pristine Pools Inc. regularly does repair and installations on the following to name a few:

Swimming pool closings (winterization)

  • The swimming pool is spot cleaned and balanced for closing.
  • Water is pumped down below the returns.
  • All water flow directional inlets are removed and stored onsite for the winter.
  • All filtration and skimmer baskets are removed and stored onsite for the winter.
  • All water lines are air compressed to remove water from the lines.
  • Skimmer lines, return lines and fill lines are pumped with anti freeze to prevent freeze damage.
  • Return lines and skimmer lines are plugged to prevent any water from entering the lines.
  • All deck equipment including ladders, handrails, diving boards, light fixtures, and automatic cleaning devices are removed and stored onsite for the winter.
  • The winter cover and water tubes are positioned on and around the pool.
  • The safety cover is installed. (if applicable)
  • Operational filtration equipment that needs to be disconnected is disconnected. 
  • All equipment drain plugs are removed and stored onsite to prevent freeze damage to the equipment.
  • Customer's cleaning equipment such as telepoles, nets or brushes are neatly stacked on the pool deck for winter storage.
  • A complete inspection is done of the pump, motor, filter, heater, automatic chemical feeder, automatic pool cleaner, automated controller systems, tile, coping stones and the pool deck.
  • A detailed closing checklist is left behind onsite for the customer. (Detailed checklist shows work preformed and also list possible concerns or repairs needed or suggested.)
